摘要
鉴于主变压器作为水电系统中重要的输变电一次设备,其运行情况将直接影响整个系统的安全运行,针对铜街子水电站投运以后一直出现氢气持续增长的现象,笔者从变压器的材质、安装、使用情况、变压器油以及后续跟踪运行等多方面入手,全面剖析了氢气增长的原因:变压器油在高温、高电场的作用下,油品逐步脱氢,绝缘油本身不能吸收氢气,具有一定黏度的大容量绝缘油不会使析出的氢气迅速脱离,导致绝缘油存在游离的氢气。通过对变压器进行换油、滤油处理能够将变压器油中的氢气含量稳定在合格的范围内。通过该案例,可为其他电站油浸式变压器氢气超标处理方案提供参考思路。
In view of the fact that the main transformer is an important primary equipment for power transmission and transformation in the hydropower system,its operation will directly affect the safe operation of the whole system.Aiming at the continuous growth of hydrogen after the operation of Tongjiezi Hydropower Station,the author starts from the aspects of transformer texture,installation,use,transformer oil and the follow-up operation,the reasons for the growth of hydrogen are analyzed comprehensively:under the action of high temperature and high electric field,the transformer oil will gradually dehydrogenate,the insulating oil itself cannot absorb hydrogen,and the large capacity insulating oil with certain viscosity will not make the hydrogen separated rapidly,resulting in the existence of free hydrogen gas in the insulating oil.The hydrogen content in transformer oil can be stabilized in the qualified range by changing oil and filtering oil.Through this case,it can provide reference for oil immersed transformer hydrogen overproof treatment scheme of other power station.
