摘要
目的:依托5G通讯技术构建基于5G的远程医疗信息服务网络化平台,以解决医疗资源匮乏地区看病难的问题。方法:利用5G技术的高速率、低延时等优点,结合虚拟现实(VR)技术与传统远程医疗系统构架,建立基于5G技术的远程VR直播教学系统、远程VR手术系统以及可穿戴设备的远程医疗信息服务网络化平台。结果:远程医疗信息服务网络化平台能够将省内乡、镇及县医院与各三甲医院互联,进行医疗资源共享、医疗救助、医疗教学及医疗学术探讨,有助于平衡省内整体医疗水平的共同快速发展。结论:基于5G的远程医疗信息服务网络化平台可实现先进医疗资源下放,快速全面推进分级诊疗制度,从根本上解决群众看病难、就医贵的难题。
Objective:To construct a 5 generation(5G)-based information service network platform of telemedicine by relying on 5G communication technique so as to solve the problem that medical treatment is difficult in regions with scarce medical resources.Methods:Took advantage of the high speed and low latency of 5G technique,and combined with virtual reality(VR)technique and traditional telemedicine system architecture to establish 5G technique-based remote teaching system with VR live streaming,remote VR surgery system and information service network platform of the telemedicine of wearable device.Results:The information service network platform of telemedicine could realize interconnection among the hospitals of village,town and county in province and each tertiary hospital so as to implement the sharing of medical resource,medical assistance,medical teaching and medical academic discussion,and it could contribute to equilibrate the mutually fast development of overall medical level in province.Conclusion:5G-based information service network platform of telemedicine can realize the decentralization of advanced medical resources,and quickly and comprehensively promote the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,and fundamentally solve the problem that medical treatment is difficult and expensive for the masses.
