多功能玻璃离子粘结剂与流动性复合树脂对氧化铝全瓷冠粘结力的对比性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究对比富士多功能玻璃离子粘结剂与流动性复合树脂对氧化铝全瓷冠粘结力的影响。方法:选取氧化铝全瓷冠240个,将其按照随机抽签法分为玻璃离子组和树脂组,每组120个。将玻璃离子组和树脂组分别以随机抽签法平均分为4组,每组均为30个,分别采用打磨粗化、喷砂、硅烷化、喷砂联合硅烷化等方式对氧化铝全瓷冠表面进行处理,比较各组氧化铝全瓷冠粘结强度及边缘微渗漏情况。结果:树脂组氧化铝全瓷冠粘结强度为(19.01±1.51)MPa,明显高于玻璃离子组的(17.33±1.45)MPa,其差异有统计学意义(t=8.791,P<0.05)。树脂组打磨粗化、喷砂、硅烷化、喷砂联合硅烷化处理后的氧化铝全瓷冠粘结强度均显著高于相同表面处理方式的玻璃离子组,其差异有统计学意义(t=4.487,t=3.604,t=4.216,t=3.123;P<0.05)。树脂组氧化铝全瓷冠边缘微渗漏0~3级占比显著高于玻璃离子组,而>4级占比显著低于玻璃离子组,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.916,x^2=4.068;P<0.05)。树脂组不同方式处理后的氧化铝全瓷冠边缘微渗漏情况相较玻璃离子组均不显著。结论:流动性复合树脂与富士多功能玻璃离子粘结剂相比较,可显著增强氧化铝全瓷冠粘结力,且氧化铝全瓷冠边缘微渗漏小,具有临床应用价值。 Objective:To research and compare the effects of Fuji multifunctional glass ionic binder and fluidity composite resin on the adhesion of alumina all-ceramic crown.Methods:240 alumina all-ceramic crowns were selected and they were divided into glass ion group and resin group by random drawing,with 120 cases in each group.In addition,the glass ion group and the resin group were further divided into four groups by random drawing,respectively,with 30 cases in each subgroup.The surface of the alumina all-ceramic crown was treated by polishing,sandblasting,silanization and the combination of sandblasting and silanization,respectively.The bonding strength and microleakage of the edge of alumina all-ceramic crowns among various groups were compared.Results:The bonding strength of alumina all-ceramic crown in resin group was(19.01±1.51)MPa,which was significantly higher than that in glass ion group(17.33±1.45)MPa,and the difference of that between the two groups was significant(t=8.791,P<0.05).The bonding strength of alumina all-ceramic crown after polishing,sandblasting,silanization and the combination of sandblasting and silanization in the resin group were significantly higher than those in the glass ion group with the same surface treatment(t=4.487,t=3.604,t=4.216,t=3.123,P<0.05),respectively.The ratio of the 0-3 grade of microleakage of the edge of alumina all-ceramic crown was significantly higher than that of glass ion group,while the ratio of more than 4 grade of that was significantly lower than that of glass ion group(x^2=6.916,x^2=4.068,P<0.05).The microleakage of the edge of alumina all-ceramic crown of resin group after different treatments was not significant with that of glass ion group.Conclusion:Compared with Fuji multifunctional glass ionic binder,the fluidity composite resin can significantly enhance the adhesion of the alumina all-ceramic crown,and the microleakage of the edge of alumina all-ceramic crown is small,and it has the value of clinical application.
