摘要 目的:基于度量簇理论建立分类评估库存预期模型,探讨其在医用耗材库存管理中的应用价值。方法:设置医用耗材的价值成本、使用频率、库存必要性和配送周期4个库存管理分级指标,并对指标进行标准化处理,构建分类评估库存预期模型,采用伪-F统计方法对分类簇进行度量评估,并对不同簇中心值的类型采用差异性管理方法。选取2015年1月至2019年6月期间医院临床在用的2237种医用耗材使用数据为研究资料,将2015年1月至2016年12月数据纳入对照组,采用临床计划型管理模式,将2017年7月至2019年6月数据纳入观察组,采用分类评估库存预期模型管理模式。对比两组耗材的库存周转率、周转天数、配送天数和库存退换货数量差异性。结果:医用耗材5个簇的伪-F统计值为316.7(p≈0),可以被接受。观察组的库存周转率、耗材周转天数、耗材配送天数和库存退换货数量数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.286,t=2.712,t=2.288,t=2.102;P<0.05)。结论:基于度量簇理论的医用耗材分类评估库存预期模型管理模式,可有效提高医用耗材库存数量与临床用量的匹配度,提高库存周转率,降低库存数量和管理成本。 Objective:To establish expectation model of assessing inventory as classification based on the theory of metric cluster,and explore the application value of this model in inventory management of medical consumables.Methods:This paper set up 4 classification indexes of inventory management included the value cost of medical consumables,frequency of use,necessity of inventory and delivery cycle,and implemented standardized disposal for these indexes,and constructed expectation model of assessing inventory of classification.The pseudo-F statistical method was adopted to implement metric assessment for the classified clusters,and the difference management method was adopted for the types of central values of different cluster.The data of used 2237 kinds of medical consumables in clinical application of hospital during January 2015 and June 2019 were selected as the research objects.And the data during January 2015 and December 2016 were divided into control group that adopted the management model of clinical plan,and those during July 2017 to June 2019 were divided into the observation group that adopted the management model of expectation model of assessing inventory of classification.The differences of inventory turnover rate,turnover days,delivery days and the number of changing or refunding inventory between two groups were compared.Results:The pseudo-F statistical value of five clusters of medical consumables was 316.7(P≈0),which was acceptable.The turnover rate of inventory,turnover days of consumables,delivery days of consumables and the number of changing or refunding inventory of observation group were significantly superior to those of control group(t=4.286,t=2.712,t=2.288,t=2.102,P<0.05).Conclusion:The management mode of expectation model of assessing inventory of classification of medical consumables on the basis of metric cluster theory can effectively improve the matched-degree between the number of inventory of medical consumables and the number of clinical use of them,and can increase the inventory turnover rate and decrease the number of inventory and management cost.
