对150所三级甲等综合性医院手术室医疗设备管理现状调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on current situation of medical equipment management of operating rooms in 150 third-level first-class general hospitals

目的:调查150所三级甲等综合性医院手术室医疗设备管理现状,为改进和完善手术室医疗设备运行管理提供依据。方法:采用分层抽样法随机选取华北、东北、华东、中南、西南和西北六大区域的150所三级甲等综合性医院进行手术室医疗设备管理现状调查。自制手术室装备与材料管理现状调查问卷,调查设备购置管理、效益评价管理、使用过程管理、信息化管理、维护管理和追溯管理6个维度共37个条目,对比分析其差异性。结果:不同地区手术室医疗设备管理中,每年经费预算、仪器设备使用效益评价体系、仪器使用率的统计分析、设备操作流程存放于科室文件夹、手术室设专职人员负责设备的日常检测维护和设备实现信息化管理对比,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=42.8193,x^2=20.7857,x^2=15.4274,x^2=11.8541,x^2=11.5120,x^2=24.9028;P<0.05)。结论:六大区域的150所三级甲等综合性医院地区间的手术室医疗设备管理现状差异性在缩小,医疗设备通过预防性维护和全生命周期管理,可确保其使用安全;随着各地区同质性提高,手术室医学装备标准化不断进步,设备信息化发展和成本效益管理需加快推进。

Objective:To investigate the current management situation of medical equipment of operating rooms of 150 third-level first-class hospitals and provide references for improving and perfecting the operation management of medical equipment of operating room.Methods:The stratified sampling method was used to randomly select 150 third-level first-class hospitals from 6 big regions included North China region,Northeast region,East China region,Middle-of-South region,Southwest region and Northwest region for investigating the management situation of medical equipment in operating room.The self-made questionnaire of management situation of facilities and materials of operating room was used to investigate 37 items of 6 dimensionalities included purchase management of facilities,benefit evaluation management,using process management,informatization management,maintenance management and trace management.And the differences of a series of indicators among different regions were compared.Results:In the management of medical equipment of operating room of different regions,the differences of annual appropriation budget,the evaluation system of utilization benefit of facilities and equipment,the statistical analysis of usage rate of facilities,whether the operational process of facilities was deposited in the folder of department,whether there was full-time staff to take charge the routine detection and maintenance for equipment of operating room,and whether the informatization management of facilities was realized among different regions were significant(x^2=42.8193,x^2=20.7857,x^2=15.4274,x^2=11.8541,x^2=11.5120,x^2=24.9028,P<0.05).Conclusion:The difference of management situation of medical equipment of operating room among 150 third-level first-class hospitals at 6 big regions is reducing,and the safety of medical facilities can be guaranteed by preventive maintenance and life-cycle management.With the enhancing of homogeneity of various regions,the standardization of medical equipment of operating room realizes gradual improvement.And the development of equipment informatization and the management of cost effectiveness should be fast promoted.
