摘要
随着医院医疗设备智能化及自动化进程的快速发展,对其维修保障能力提出更高要求。为解决医疗设备种类繁多、管理复杂、故障诊断难度高、传统事后维修和计划维修的不足及经济可承受能力差等问题,将故障预测与健康管理(PHM)整体理论引入到医疗设备维修管理中,根据其他领域设备与医疗设备的相似性,研究设计医疗设备PHM系统并详细描述各组成模块的内容,以保障医疗设备使用安全,提高医疗设备使用率、减少医疗设备维护成本。
With the rapid development of intelligent and automatic progress of medical equipment in hospital,higher requirements of the maintenance support ability for them were put forward.Aiming at the series of problems such as a great variety of medical equipment,complex management,difficult fault diagnosis,insufficiencies of traditional breakdown maintenance and planned maintenance,poor economic affordability,etc.,the entire theory of Prognostic and Health Management(PHM)was introduced into the maintenance management of medical equipment.According to the similarity between medical equipment and the equipment of other fields,the PHM system of medical equipment was researched and designed,and the contents of each comprised module were described in detail so as to ensure the use safety of medical equipment,and improve the utilization rate of medical equipment and reduces the maintenance cost of medical equipment.
