摘要 通过了解PB840型呼吸机的基本组成与呼吸模式,对电磁阀裂缝漏气所导致的潮气量误差过大、氧电池使用时间过长所导致的氧浓度偏低以及空气流量传感器污染所导致的潮气量不准3种故障的发生原因进行分析,提出故障排除方法。医院临床工程师应重视对流量传感器的维护,加强日常巡检和呼吸机定期自检工作,以确保医疗设备的安全使用。 By understanding the basic composition and respiratory pattern of PB840 ventilator,the occurrence reasons of three kinds of faults,which included excessive tidal volume error caused by the leakage of the crevice of solenoid valve,lower oxygen concentration caused by too long use time of oxygen battery and inaccurate tidal volume caused by the pollution of air flow sensor,were analyzed,and the relevant elimination methods of faults were proposed.Clinical engineer of hospital should pay attention to the maintenance of flow sensor and strengthen routine routing inspection and termly self-inspection for ventilator so as to ensure the safe use of medical equipment.
