3种清洗剂用于牙科磷酸锌水门汀污染的金属器械清洗效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:比较3种清洗剂对牙科磷酸锌水门汀污染的金属器械清洗效果。方法:将360支牙科磷酸锌水门汀污染的金属器械随机分为3组(n=120),分别使用碱性含酶清洗剂(A组)、多酶清洗剂(B组)和碱性清洗剂(C组)浸泡30 min,通过超声波及手工清洗后,进入自动清洗消毒机清洗消毒。通过5倍台式放大镜观察及器械残留蛋白测定来判断清洗消毒效果。结果:放大镜下观察,A、B、C组清洗合格率分别为90%、75%和68.33%,通过两两比较,A组与B组,A组与C组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与C组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。清洗不合格的部位主要是器械的手柄螺纹处及器械的顶部。残留蛋白定量结果为:测定值均低于10μg,3组合格率均为100%。结论:3种清洗剂中,碱性含酶清洗剂效果最佳。 Objective:To compare the cleaning effect of 3 cleaning agents on metal instruments contaminated with zinc phosphate cement.Methods:360 metal instruments contaminated by dental zinc phosphate cement were randomly divided into A,B and C groups(n=120)and soaked into alkaline enzyme containing cleaning agent(A),multi-enzyme cleaning agent(B)and alkaline cleaning agent(C)respectively for 30 minutes,and then treated by automatic cleaning and disinfection machine after ultrasonic and manual cleaning.The cleaning and disinfection effect was judged by observation under a desktop glass with 5 times magnifying and by determination of cleaning residual protein.Results:The effective cleaning percent in group A,B and C was 90.00%,75%and 68.33%respectively,between group A and group B,P<0.05,between group A and group C,P<0.05,between group B and group C,P>0.05.The cleaning parts that were not qualified were mainly at the screw thread of the handle and at the top of the instrument.The residual protein was less than 10μg,and the qualified rate of all the 3 groups was 100%.Conclusion:For dental zinc phosphate cement contaminated instruments,the alkaline cleaning agent with enzyme has the stronger cleaning effect than multi-enzyme and zlkaline.
