摘要 文章从调试操作不规范、成员分配不合理、单个项目未检测、调试流程过简略以及调试方案不完善五个角度入手,分析了热控系统调试过程中存在的主要风险来源;围绕按规实施调试技术、明确调试责任分工、单个项目设计检测、保证静态调整质量以及制定合理应急预案五个方面,提出了热控系统调试过程中提高系统可靠性的技术策略。 This paper starts from five perspectives:irregular commissioning operation,unreasonable member assignment,unchecked single project,oversimplified commissioning process,and imperfect commissioning plan,and analyzes the main sources of risk in the process of thermal control system commissioning;focusing on implementing commissioning according to regulations,clear commissioning responsibilities,design and inspection of individual projects,ensuring the quality of static adjustment,and formulating reasonable emergency plans,technical strategies to improve system reliability during thermal control system commissioning are proposed.
