摘要
根据电厂循环水排污水低碱度高硬度的水质特点,采用聚合硫酸铁作为混凝剂,聚丙烯酰胺作为助凝剂,生石灰、氢氧化钠和碳酸钠分别作为软化剂进行了混凝试验研究。结果表明,从处理效果、运行成本和投资成本等各方面看,针对低碱度高硬度循环水排污水,氢氧化钠处理比生石灰处理、碳酸钠处理和生石灰+碳酸钠处理具有明显的优势。
According to the power plant circulating wastewater of low alkalinity and high hardness water quality characteristics,using of PFS as a coagulant,polyacrylamide as coagulant aid,lime,sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate were used as the softener in coagulation tests.The results showed that from the treatment effect,operating costs,and investment costs,for such a low alkalinity high hardness circulating wastewater,sodium hydroxide had more advantages than lime,sodium carbonate,and lime+sodium carbonate.
