摘要 2015年国家安全生产监督管理总局提出了“机械化换人,自动化减人”的建设理念。对矿井变电所机器人巡检平台进行了研究,采用人工智能、移动机器人、通讯等技术,通过携带多种检测设备(如机械臂、视频监控、红外热源监控等),在井下变电所进行智能巡视,与各岗位监控人员实时互动,并根据现场情况做出对应解决方法。该项研究取得了较好的效果,可实现变电所无人化管理。 In 2015,the State Administration of Work Safety Supervision put forward the construction concept of“mechanization replaces manpower,automation reduces manpower”.The robot inspection for mine substation was studied which using artificial intelligence,mobile robots,communication technology,through carrying a variety of detection equipment,such as mechanical arm,video surveillance,infrared heat source surveillance,intelligent inspection was carried out in underground substation,real-time interaction of monitoring personnel was carried out for each post,and made corresponding solutions according to the situation on the spot.The research achieved good results and could realize the unmanned management of substation.
