摘要
矿用车辆转向系统的质量对车辆的机动性、驾驶平稳性、安全性和经济性有直接的影响。针对目前矿用窄型车辆井下转向系统的难题,建立了窄型车辆液压转向系统的仿真模型。通过仿真软件对液压转向系统的特性进行了仿真,证明所设计的液压转向系统的转向特性可以满足实际需求,达到了设计要求。
The quality of the steering system of mining vehicles has a direct impact on the mobility,driving stability,safety and economy of vehicles.According to the difficult problems of the underground steering system of mining narrow type trackless vehicle,the simulation model of the hydraulic steering system of narrow vehicles has been established.The simulation software has been used to simulate the characteristics of the hydraulic steering system,which is able to prove that the steering characteristics of the designed hydraulic steering system can meet the actual needs and the design requirements.
