摘要 主通风机是煤矿主通风系统的核心,为提高矿井主通风机的安全性、可靠性和自动化水平,利用先进的闭环控制、超限报警及通信技术,设计了一款具有智能化和数字化的风机监测、控制与预警系统。该系统可快速、准确地监测风机运行过程中的各关键参数,控制风机开停及各种状态的切换,实现主扇风机的集中和远程监控,具有数据测量精度高、动态图形清晰逼真、控制便捷、运行可靠等特点。该系统的应用对实现自动化和数字化矿山的全局设计具有重要意义。 The main fan is the core of the main ventilation system in coal mine.In order to improve the safety,reliability and automation level of the main fan,an intelligent and digital fan monitoring,control and early warning system was designed by using the advanced closed-loop control,over limit alarm and communication technology.The system can quickly and accurately monitor the key parameters during the operation of the fan,control the start and stop of the fan and the switch of various states,realize the centralized and remote monitoring of the main fan,and has the characteristics of high accuracy of data measurement,clear and vivid dynamic graphics,convenient control and reliable operation.The application of this system is of great significance to the realization of automation and the overall design of digital mine.
