摘要
针对川煤广能集团龙滩煤矿3124S工作面薄煤层设计了智能化综采系统集成配套方案,并优化了工作面三机配套。应用工作面全覆盖高清摄像系统、电液控精准控制和集成控制系统,实现了工作面割煤高度和直线度控制。应用大功率矮机身采煤机和智能型刮板输送机、永磁直驱系统、液压自控拉紧及自移机尾,实现了输送机智能化控制,从而实现了智能采运协同控制、在线监测与无人值守。建设了地面及井下集中供液水处理系统,保证了液压系统的可靠性。该系统可实现工作面采煤全过程智能化生产,具备年产100万t的生产能力。
Aiming at the thin coal seam of 3124S working face in Longtan Coal Mine of Sichuan Coal Guangneng Group,the integration scheme of intelligent fully mechanized system was designed,and the matching of three machines in the working face was optimized.The working face full coverage high-definition camera system,electro-hydraulic control precision control and integrated control system were applied to realize the coal cutting height and straightness control in the working face.The intelligent control of the belt conveyor was realized by the application of high-power low-height shearer,intelligent scraper conveyor,permanent magnet direct drive system,hydraulic automatic tension and self-moving tail,which could realize the intelligent mining and transportation coordinated control,online monitoring and unattended.The surface and underground centralized liquid supply treatment system was built to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic system.The system could realize the intelligent production in the whole process of coal mining in the working face,with annual production capacity of 1 million tons.
