摘要
针对刮板输送机减速器故障诊断效率低及典型故障案例和专家经验利用率不高的问题,提出了基于模糊专家系统的刮板输送机减速器故障诊断系统。通过构建模糊关系矩阵,实现了刮板输送机减速器故障征兆和故障现象之间的模糊关系表达。通过贴近度评判准则,实现了对模糊诊断结果的评判,避免了人为主观因素的影响。实例验证结果表明,该系统准确率高,为刮板输送机减速器的故障诊断提供了新的诊断方法。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of fault diagnosis and low utilization of typical fault cases and expert experience,a fault diagnosis system of scraper conveyor reducer based on fuzzy expert system was proposed.By constructing fuzzy relation matrix,the expression of fuzzy relation between fault symptom and fault phenomenon of scraper conveyor reducer was realized.The fuzzy diagnosis results were evaluated by the closeness evaluation criterion,which avoided the influence of human subjective factors.The results of examples showed that the system had high accuracy and provided a new diagnosis method for scraper conveyor reducer fault diagnosis.
