调脊通督针法联合腕踝针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical Study of Tiaoji Tongdu Acupuncture Combined with Wrist-Ankle Needling in the Treatment of LDH

目的:探讨调脊通督针法联合腕踝针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及对VAS和JOA评分影响。方法:选取我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组给予腕踝针疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上给予调脊通督针法,对比治疗后临床疗效、VAS评分、JOA评分、ODI评分及IL-6、IL-1β和TNF-α水平。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后JOA评分升高显著,ODI评分及VAS评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组变化幅度更大(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后IL-6、IL-1β和TNF-α水平明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低较多(P<0.05)。结论:腕踝针联合调脊通督针法在腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗中具有良好的治疗效果,可显著改善患者的JOA和VAS评分,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture combined with wrist-ankle needling in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and its influence to the scores of VAS and JOA.Methods:80 LDH cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with wrist-ankle needling;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,the scores of VAS,JOA and ODI,and the levels of IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αwere compared after the treatment between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores were significantly increased and the scores of JOA and ODI were significantly decreased after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αwere significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the decreases in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture combined with wrist-ankle needling has a good therapeutic effect on LDH,it can improve the scores of VAS and JOA.The therapy is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
