火针疗法辅助治疗带状疱疹的临床应用研究进展

Advances in Clinical Application of Fire Acupuncture in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

带状疱疹是皮肤科常见的疾病之一,近年其发病率有上升的趋势。在治疗上,现代医学主要以对症治疗为主,但是长期来看,疗效不佳。而中医学采用内服中药联合外治法治疗带状疱疹,内服中药是以辨证论治为基础从内调和阴阳,而外治法可直达病灶达到清热解毒、活血化瘀的效果,两者相互配合,疗效显著,且安全无毒副作用,目前在临床上已得到广泛的应用。其中,火针治疗带状疱疹更具特色,本研究将相关治疗带状疱疹的文献进行综合分析,以便更好地指导并应用于临床。

Herpes zoster is one of the most common diseases in dermatology,and its incidence has been increasing in recent years.In terms of treatment,modern medicine mainly focuses on symptomatic treatment,which does not work in the long run.Traditional Chinese medicine uses internal medication combined with external therapies to treat herpes zoster.Internal Chinese medication is based on syndrome differentiation and treatment to harmonize Yin and Yang.External treatment can directly reach the disease location and achieve the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying toxin,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Both of them cooperate with each other to achieve remarkable curative effect,the therapies are safe with no obvious adverse reactions,and have been widely used in clinical application.Among them,fire needling is a specific treatment method for herpes zoster.This study reviewed the relevant literature on herpes zoster treated by fire needling to better guide and apply the therapy in clinical practice.
