摘要
目的:探讨补肾益髓活血针刺法联合小脑顶核电刺激治疗血管性认知障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:选择于2018年3月—2019年10月期间在芜湖市第五人民医院就诊治疗的血管性认知障碍患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(29例)。两组给予常规治疗措施;对照组给予小脑顶核电刺激治疗;观察组在小脑顶核电刺激治疗基础上给予补肾益髓活血针刺法。比较两组1-back精准度(d值)及反应时(RT)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)和数字广度。结果:治疗后观察组1-back范式的d′值明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后MoCA执行和注意指标、数字广度顺背评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益髓活血针刺法联合小脑顶核电刺激治疗血管性认知障碍可明显改善患者的认知功能,值得临床借鉴应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Yisui Huoxue acupuncture combined with fastigial nucleus electric stimulation in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI).Methods:VCI patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and control group(n=29).The conventional treatment was given to both groups;on which basis,the control group was treated with fastigial nucleus electric stimulation;the observation group was also treated with Bushen Yisui Huoxue acupuncture on the treatment basis of the control group.1-back accuracy(d value)and response time(RT),as well as scores of Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)and digit span were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the d value of 1-back normal form was significantly improved in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Scores of execution and attention indexes of MoCA and anterograde memory of digit span were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Yisui Huoxue acupuncture combined with fastigial nucleus electric stimulation can obviously improve the cognitive function in the treatment of VCI,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
