斡旋针法联合温针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效及对GAS、MTL、VIP水平影响

Curative Effect of Woxuan Needling Combined with Needle-Warming Moxibustion on Chronic Gastritis of Deficiency-Cold of Spleen and Stomach and Its Influence to the Levels of GAS,MTL and VIP

目的:探讨斡旋针法联合温针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效及对GAS、MTL和VIP水平影响。方法:选取本院收治的慢性胃炎患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予温针灸治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予斡旋针法,对比治疗后的临床疗效、胃镜评分、GSRS评分、GAS、MTL、VIP水平及Hp感染情况。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者胃镜评分和GSRS评分显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低较多(P<0.05);两组患者MTL水平显著降低,GAS水平显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度较大(P<0.05);治疗组Hp感染转阴率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用斡旋针法联合温针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Woxuan needling combined with needle-warming moxibustion in treating chronic gastritis of deficiency-cold of Spleen and Stomach and its influence to the levels of GAS,MTL and VIP.Methods:120 patients with chronic gastritis met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the treatment group(n=60).The control group was treated with needle-warming moxibustion;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Woxuan needling.Clinical efficacy,gastroscopy score,GSRS score,the levels of GAS,MTL and VIP,and Hp infection were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Gastroscopy score and GSRS score were significantly decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the decreases in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).MTL level was significantly lower and GAS level was significantly higher in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more obvious(P<0.05).The negative rate of Hp infection in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Woxuan needling combined with needle-warming moxibustion has good clinical efficacy in treating chronic gastritis of deficiency-cold of Spleen and Stomach,it can improve clinical symptoms.The therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.
