“清火滋阴”针法治疗心肾不交型不寐临床研究

Clinical Study of“Qinghuo Ziyin”Acupuncture in Treating Insomnia of Disharmony of Heart and Kidney

目的:观察“清火滋阴”针法治疗心肾不交型不寐的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将60例心肾不交型不寐患者随机分为两组:对照组口服右佐匹克隆片,试验组在对照组基础上给予“清火滋阴”针法。两组患者在治疗前、治疗2周、4周后分别填写PSQI量表,观察PSQI量表评分变化;两组患者在治疗前、治疗4周后进行睡眠监测,观察睡眠效率和实际睡眠总时间的变化,同时评价治疗4周后两组的临床有效率。结果:PSQI量表及睡眠监测结果显示,两组患者治疗后均有好转,但试验组效果更明显。治疗4周后,两组组间PSQI量表比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组组间睡眠效率和实际睡眠总时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的总有效率为86.2%(25/29),对照组的总有效率为65.5%(19/29),且试验组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用“清火滋阴”针法治疗心肾不交型不寐患者疗效确切,可进行临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of“Qinghuo Ziyin”acupuncture in treating insomnia of disharmony of Heart and Kidney.Methods:60 insomnia patients of disharmony of Heart and Kidney were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with Dexzopiclone Tablets;on which basis,the study group was also treated with“Qinghuo Ziyin”acupuncture.The PSQI scale was filled in the two groups before the treatment,two weeks and four weeks after the treatment to observe the changes of PSQI scores.Sleep monitoring was carried out before the treatment and 4 weeks after the treatment to observe sleep efficiency and the changes of total actual sleep time.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after four weeks of treatment.Results:The PSQI scale and sleep monitoring showed that both groups improved after the treatment,but the effect of the study group was more obvious.After four weeks of treatment,there was statistical difference in PSQI score between the two groups(P<0.05).The differences in sleep efficiency and the total actual sleep time were significant between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 86.2%(25/29),which was significantly higher than 65.5%(19/29)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:“Qinghuo Ziyin”acupuncture is effective in treating insomnia of disharmony of Heart and Kidney,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
