基于阳虚致瘀理论探讨“双固一通”针刺法延缓衰老的机制

Mechanism of"Shuanggu Yitong"Acupuncture in Delaying Senescence Based on the Theory of Yang Deficiency Causing Blood Stasis

虚实夹杂是衰老的基本特征。其虚者多为脾肾阳气亏虚,实者多为瘀血阻滞,均是通过影响气血精津的输布而发挥作用,且虚实之间常相互影响。“双固一通”针法是在《黄帝内经》《伤寒杂病论》“治未病”理念的指导下产生的一种外治疗法,“双固”重在补益脾肾而固护先天及后天之本,“一通”重在直捣病处以清除瘀血,分别针对脾肾阳虚及血瘀的病因进行治疗,配伍严谨,疗效显著。本研究即阐述阳虚与瘀血的关系,阳虚血瘀与衰老的关系,“双固一通”针法的取穴、操作及内涵等方面,对双固一通-阳虚血瘀-延缓衰老这一关系轴进行梳理,藉此探讨“双固一通”针法延缓衰老的机制。

Mixed excess and deficiency is fundamental feature of senescence.The deficiency is mostly yang-qi deficiency of Spleen and Kidney,and the excess is mostly the obstruction of blood stasis,all of which play a role by affecting the distribution of qi,blood,body fluid and essence,and the deficiency and excess often affect each other."Shuanggu Yitong"acupuncture is an external therapy,which generated under the guidance of the concept of"preventive treatment of disease"in Inner Canon of Huangdi and Treatise On Febrile Diseases."Shuanggu"emphasizes on tonifying Spleen and Kidney to protect essence of nature and nurture,"Yitong"emphasizes on treating directly the disease site and removing blood stasis,treating the cause of yang-deficiency of Spleen and Kidney and blood stasis respectively,the compatibility of the therapy is rigorous and the curative effect is remarkable.This study elaborated the relationship of yang-deficiency and blood stasis,as well as the relationship of yang-deficiency and blood stasis with senescence.It also combed the points selection,operations and connotations of"Shuanggu Yitong"acupuncture,whereby discussed the mechanism of the therapy in delaying senescence.
