经颅刺激治疗创伤性脑损伤后认知障碍研究进展

Research Progress of Transcranial Stimulation in the Treatment of TBI

由于全球老龄化以及交通事故频率升高,创伤性脑损伤(TBI)发生率持续上升。TBI后认知障碍可能影响患者与医生的配合与反馈,其总体影响明显超过躯体障碍,因此认知障碍的康复应在发生后尽早进行。相关的药物治疗效果不显著且有明显的不良反应,因此当务之急是寻求恰当有效的非药物治疗方法。经颅刺激疗法作为无创伤且毒副作用小的治疗方法正逐渐应用于临床。本研究就经颅刺激的3种主要疗法进行综述,分析各自优缺点,为临床治疗本病提供清晰客观的依据。

The incidence of traumatic brain injury(TBI)continues to rise due to global aging and the increasing frequency of traffic accidents.Since the cognitive impairment after TBI may affect the communication and feedback between patients and doctors,and its overall impact is significantly greater than that of physical disorders,the rehabilitation of cognitive impairment should be carried out as soon as possible after the occurrence.The effect of relevant medication is not significant and it has obvious adverse reactions,so it is urgent to find an appropriate and effective non-drug treatment.Transcranial stimulation is gradually applied in clinical practice as a non-invasive and less toxic treatment.This study reviewed the three main treatments of transcranial stimulation,and it analyzed their advantages and disadvantages in order to provide a clear and objective basis for the clinical treatment of this disease.
