不同新辅助化疗方案对食管鳞癌MIE术中胸腔部分手术的影响

Effects of different neoadjuvant chemotherapy schemes on partial thoracic surgery for esophageal cancer

目的探讨食管癌不同新辅助化疗方案对胸腔部分手术的影响。方法回顾性分析了经过新辅助化疗后行微创食管癌切除术(MIE)的患者46例,其中20例采用替加氟加奥沙利铂进行术前新辅助化疗(替加氟组),26例采用多烯紫杉醇加奥沙利铂(多烯紫杉醇组)。对比2组胸部手术时间,胸部术中出血,胸腔引流量,胸管留置时间。结果2组胸腔部手术时间为(80.9±18.3)min VS(90.2±20.1)min,差异无统计学意义(P=0.1017);胸腔术中出血量为(138.7±23.9)min VS(125.6±31.6)min,差异无统计学意义(P=0.1094);胸腔引流量为(907.2±170.10)ml VS(831.1±140.3)ml,差异无统计学意义(P=0.1035);术后胸管留置时间为(4.8±1.7)d VS(5.3±1.5)d,差异无统计学意义(P=0.2960)。结论术前不同化疗方案对胸腔部分手术的影响没有差异。

Objective To investigate the effects of different neoadjuvant chemotherapy schemes on partial thoracic surgery for esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 46 patients who underwent MIE after neoadjuvant chemotherapy were enrolled in the study,of whom,20 patients received preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy with tegafur and oxaliplatin,and the other 26 patients received preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy with polyene paclitaxel and oxaliplatin.The time of chest operation,intraoperative hemorrhage volume,thoracic drainage volume,and retention time of chest tube were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage volume,thoracic drainage volume and retention time of chest tube between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There are no significant differences in the effects of different preoperative chemotherapy schemes on partial thoracic surgery.
