摘要
采用高温模拟蒸馏、热重分析、高温热裂解、GC/MS对矿物油和PAO润滑油进行了高温热特性和热裂解组分分析。分析表明烃类润滑油沸点高于360℃,在高温(大于220℃)常压空气条件下,润滑油组分会慢慢裂解形成低碳数的烷烃、烯烃组分以及干气,使润滑油黏度降低,影响润滑油使用安全。
The high temperature thermal characteristics and pyrolysis components of mineral oil and PAO lubricant were analyzed by high temperature simulated distillation,thermogravimetric analysis,high temperature pyrolysis and GC/MS. The results show that the boiling points of hydrocarbon based lubricants are higher than 360 ℃ . The components of lubricating oil will slowly crack to form low carbon alkanes,olefins and dry gas under the conditions of high temperature( over 220 ℃) and normal atmospheric air,which reduces the viscosity of lubricating oil and affects the use safety of lubricating oil.
