摘要
探讨阳离子可染聚酯纤维(CDPET)的内在特性对布面染色性能的影响,以期在实际生产中获取染色性能较好的成品布面。通过对比分析纤维生产过程中生产工艺的变化对成品的影响,结合生产实际,对纤维生产过程中原料化学性能的变化对最终成品布面的影响进行跟踪实验,研究CDPET自身的物理性能对其染色性能的影响。结果发现:因生产设备不良所产生的并丝、纤维磺酸基含量低、纤维干热收缩率差异大等,均为影响成品布面完好性的因素。
In order to explore the influence of the inherent characteristics of cationic dyeable polyester fiber on the dyeing property of cloth surface,and to obtain the finished fabric with good dyeing property in actual production,the influence of the change of production process on the finished product is compared and analyzed.The influence of the change of chemical properties of raw materials on the final fabric surface in the fiber production process is analyzed and the effects of physical properties of cdpet fiber on its dyeing properties are studied.It is found that the blending caused by poor production equipment,low content of sulfonic group in fiber and large difference in dry heat shrinkage rate of fiber will be the factors affecting the surface integrity of finished fabric.
