肌电生物反馈联合康复训练对不完全性脊髓损伤下肢肌力及步态的影响 被引量:18

Effects of electromyography biofeedback combined with rehabilitation training on lower limb muscle strength and gait in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury

摘要 目的探讨肌电生物反馈疗法联合康复训练对不完全性脊髓损伤患者下肢肌力及步态的影响。方法将42例不完全性脊髓损伤伴下肢功能障碍患者按康复训练时间顺序分为治疗组和对照组,每组21例。两组均接受康复治疗,治疗组在此基础上应用肌电生物反馈疗法。比较两组治疗前和治疗3个疗程后肌力、sEMG信号数据以及步态参数。结果治疗3个疗程后,两组患者的股四头肌及胫前肌sEMG信号数据、肌力均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。步态参数结果显示:治疗3个疗程后,两组步长、步速、步频均明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),两组间步速、步频比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而步长比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈疗法结合康复训练对不完全性脊髓损伤患者下肢运动功能的恢复有更好的促进作用,对患者行走能力的预后有帮助。 Objective To investigate the effects of electromyography biofeedback therapy combined with rehabilitation training on lower limb muscle strength and gait in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury.Methods The 42 patients with incomplete spinal cord injury and lower limb dysfunction were divided into treatment group and control group according to the rehabilitation training time sequence,with 21 cases in each group.Both groups received rehabilitation treatment,and the treatment group was performed with sEMG biofeedback therapy based on rehabilitation treatment.The muscle strength,sEMG signal data,and gait parameters between two groups before and after three courses of treatment were compared.Results After three courses of treatment,the sEMG signals data and muscle strength of the quadriceps femoris and tibialis anterior muscles in the two groups patients were significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).The gait parameter results showed that the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment after three courses therapy of step size,pace,and frequency(P<0.01),and the differences in pace and frequency between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in step size(P>0.05).Conclusions Electromyography biofeedback therapy combined with traditional rehabilitation training can better promote the recovery of lower limb motor function in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury,and it is helpful to the prognosis of patients'walking ability.
