小剂量砂浆期骨水泥注射治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨小剂量砂浆期骨水泥注射治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效。方法将行椎体成形术治疗的90例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者按骨水泥注射状态的不同分为观察组(术中注入小剂量砂浆期骨水泥2.0~3.0 ml,48例)和对照组(术中注入拔丝后期或面团期骨水泥4.5~6.0 ml,42例)。比较两组疼痛VAS评分及骨水泥渗漏情况。结果两组均获得12个月随访。术后1、12个月,两组VAS评分与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨水泥渗漏率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量砂浆期骨水泥注射治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折是一种安全有效的治疗方法。 Objective To explore the effects of minidose bone cement of mortar period injection in the percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCFs).Methods The 90 cases with OVCFs who were performed with the PVP were divided into observation group(injected minidose bone cement of mortar period 2.0~3.0 ml,48 cases)and control group(injected bone cement of later wiredrawing or wheat ball period 4.5~6.0 ml,42 cases)according to the different bone cement injection status.The two groups were compared by pain VAS and bone cement leakage situation after treatment.Results Two groups were followed up for 12 months.VAS of the two groups at 1,12 months after surgery were statistically significant,compared with those before surgery(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in pain VAS between the two groups(P>0.05).The bone cement leakage rate had no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Minidose mortar period bone cement injection in PVP is a safe and effective treatment for OVCFs.
