负压封闭引流治疗四肢开放损伤的疗效

Effect of negative pressure closed drainage for patients with open limbs injuries

目的探讨负压封闭引流治疗四肢开放损伤的临床效果。方法将88例四肢开放损伤患者根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(采用常规换药处理)与观察组(采用负压封闭引流处理),每组44例。记录两组创面愈合时间和住院时间,比较两组创面感染率。结果两组均获得随访,时间1~3个月。创面愈合时间、住院时间、感染率观察组明显短(低)于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢开放损伤患者采用负压封闭引流治疗可降低创面感染率,促进创面愈合,缩短住院时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of negative pressure closed drainage for treatment of open limbs injuries.Methods The 88 patients with open limb injuries were divided into control group and observation group,according to the different treatment methods,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional dressing change;the observation group was treated with negative pressure closed drainage.The wound healing time and hospitalization time were recorded in both groups,and the rate of wound infections in both groups was compared.Results Both groups were followed up for 1~3 months.Wound healing time,length of hospital stay,and infection rate in the observation were significantly shorter(lower)than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of negative pressure closed drainage treatment for patients with open limbs injuries can reduce the wound infection rate,promote wound healing,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
