机插率低是颍上县水稻全程机械化发展的薄弱环节。水稻生产机械化发展有其自身发展优势,同时也存在制约因素。文章从政策、市场培育和技术支撑层面提出如何提升薄弱环节的机械化水平建议和对策,以期实现水稻生产机械化的健康发展。

The low rate of machine insertion is the weak link of rice mechanization development in Yingshang County.The development of mechanization of rice production has its own advantages,but there are also constraints.This paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the mechanization level of weak links from the aspects of policy,market cultivation and technical support,in order to realize the healthy development of rice production mechanization.
