基于精益生产的密集烤房设备管护关键问题调查分析与对策

Investigation and Countermeasures of Key Issues in Equipment Management and Protection of Intensive Barns Based on Lean Production

以安顺市密集烤房设备管护为例,探索密集烤房设备管护过程中存在的问题,分析原因并给出对策。运用“PDCA”思维和QC管理工具,找出了密集烤房智能控制仪“使用环境不佳”“管护标准不准确”等2个故障率较高的原因,提出改善烘烤期智能控制仪所在环境及完善密集烤房智能控制仪闲置期管护方法等对策,有效降低了密集烤房设备故障率,节约了设备维修费用,减少了企业及烟农的损失。

Taking the equipment management and protection of bulk curing barn in Anshun City as an example,this paper explores the problems existing in the process of equipment management and protection of bulk curing barn,analyzes the reasons and puts forward some countermeasures.By using PDCA thinking and QC management tools,two main reasons of high failure rate of intelligent controller in bulk curing barn were found out,such as"poor use environment"and"inaccurate management and protection standard".Some countermeasures were put forward,such as improving the environment of intelligent controller in curing period and perfecting the management and protection methods of intelligent controller in idle period,which effectively reduced the equipment failure rate in bulk curing barn,saved the equipment maintenance cost and reduced the losses of enterprises and tobacco farmers.
