乡镇农机培训工作开展中的问题与建议

Problems and Suggestions in the Development of Grass Roots Agricultural Machinery Training

随着农村经济的迅速发展,我国农机化水平也得到了显著提高,农机存量和农机手数量持续增加,但落后的农机培训机制和模式已不适应现代农机水平发展的需求。文章针对目前农机培训工作中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决的建议,以期能有效地促进农机培训工作的健康发展。

With the rapid development of rural economy,the level of agricultural mechanization in china has also been significantly improved,and the number of agricultural machinery and hands has continued to increase.However,the backward agricultural machinery training mechanism and mode can not meet the needs of modern agricultural machinery level development.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current agricultural machinery training work,and puts forward suggestions to solve them,so as to effectively promote the healthy development of agricultural machinery training.
