地方高职院校助力乡村振兴的对策研究

Study on Countermeasures of Local Higher Vocational Colleges to Help Rural Revitalization

党在十九大提出的“乡村振兴”战略是解决我国“三农”问题的重要举措,为“三农”发展带来重大历史机遇。在新的历史时期,地方高职院校应积极担负起助力“乡村振兴”战略的历史责任。但现如今,高职院校服务乡村振兴存在服务意识不强、服务能力不够、服务力度较弱等现实困境。文章面对今后的乡村振兴战略,提出高职院校应积极进行内涵建设,增强自身的社会服务能力,为乡村振兴提供技术支撑;应面向乡村经济需要和产业发展需要进行人才培养,为乡村振兴提供人才支撑;应参与乡村优秀传统文化的传承与创新发展,为乡村振兴提供精神支撑;应协助乡村进行产业发展,为乡村振兴提供经济支撑。

The strategy for Rural Revitalization put forward at the 19th National Congress of the CPC is an important measure to solve the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China,bringing great historical opportunities for their development.In the new historical period,local higher vocational colleges should actively shoulder the historical responsibility of helping rural revitalization strategy.But nowadays,vocational colleges'service for rural revitalization is confronted with such practical difficulties as weak service consciousness,insufficient service ability and weak service intensity.In the future rural revitalization strategy,higher vocational colleges should actively carry out connotation construction,enhance their own social service ability,and provide technical support for rural revitalization.Personnel training should be carried out to meet the needs of rural economy and industrial development to provide personnel support for rural revitalization.We should participate in the development of inheritance and innovation of excellent traditional rural culture to provide spiritual support for rural revitalization.We should assist villages in industrial development and provide economic support for rural revitalization.
