不同治疗方法联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗消化性溃疡的临床价值

The clinical Value of different Therapies combined with Anti-Helicobacter Pylori in peptic Ulcer

目的评定不同治疗方法联合抗幽门螺杆菌对消化性溃疡患者的临床意义。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月商洛市柞水县人民医院收治的72例消化性溃疡患者,将已经停止使用抗生素药物、铋剂药物八周,质子泵制剂类药物四周的36例消化性溃疡患者纳入实验组;将八周中使用过抗生素药物、铋剂药物,四周中使用过质子泵制剂类药物的36例消化性溃疡患者纳入参照组。纳入研究后,两组均实施幽门螺杆菌治疗干预,并记载两组抗幽门螺杆菌治疗效果有效率、幽门螺杆菌根除率、消化道相关症状缓解率、不良反应发生率、抗幽门螺杆菌治疗效果满意度。结果实验组抗幽门螺杆菌治疗有效率、幽门螺杆菌根除率、消化道相关症状缓解率、治疗效果满意度均显著高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率与参照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在停止使用抗生素药物和铋剂药物八周、质子泵制剂类药物四周之后,再对消化性溃疡患者以予抗幽门螺杆菌治疗可获得更加良好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of different treatment methods combined with anti-helicobacter pylori in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 72 patients with peptic ulcer were admitted to Zhashui County People's Hospital in December 2018.They had stopped taking antibiotics and bismuth for eight weeks,thirty six patients with peptic ulcer around the time of the proton pump medication were included in the trial group;those who had taken antibiotics or bismuth based drugs for eight weeks were included in the trial,a control group included 36 patients with peptic ulcer who had used a proton pump medication over a four week period.After inclusion in the study,both groups received helicobacter pylori treatment intervention,the effective rate of helicobacter pylori,the rate of helicobacter pylori eradication,the rate of relief of digestive tract related symptoms,the rate of adverse reactions and the satisfaction of helicobacter pylori were recorded.Results The effective rate of helicobacter pylori treatment,the rate of helicobacter pylori eradication,the rate of relief of digestive tract-related symptoms and the satisfaction degree of treatment effect in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion After 8 weeks of discontinuation of antibiotic and bismuth drugs and 4 weeks of proton pump drugs,peptic ulcer patients treated with helicobacter pylori can achieve better clinical outcomes.
