摘要
针对航天器装配工艺设计过程中重复性工作量大、工艺设计效率与智能化程度不高等问题,提出并构建了基于知识的航天器智能装配工艺设计系统。重点阐述了系统的体系架构以及航天器装配工艺知识库构建、知识驱动的智能装配工艺设计、装配工艺评价与优化等关键实现技术,并介绍了系统的实现方法。型号应用结果表明,该系统可有效提高航天器装配工艺设计的效率及智能化水平。
In order to solve the problem of assembly process planning such as large repetitive work load,low efficiency and intellectualization degree,a intelligent assembly process planning system is purposed.The structure of the system,the key technologies are introduced,such as the construction of assembly process knowledge base,intelligent assembly process planning based on knowledge,evaluation and optimization of assembly process.The developed system has been validated and applied in assembly process planning of spacecraft.The result shows that the system can improve the efficiency and intellectualization degree of spacecraft assembly process.
