摘要
随着超微弱空间星光探测技术和星光导航技术的迅猛发展,应用于航天相机和星敏感器测试的超微弱星光的模拟器由最初的5等星发展到13等星,但是当前阶段我国仅建立了5等星以下的量值溯源链,更弱星等(大于6等星)的模拟器校准装置还处于空白阶段,这为我国空间探测相机/星敏感器的性能评定和量值溯源带来了极大的隐患,急需开展超微弱星光模拟器的校准技术研究。针对于此,提出了一套超微弱星光模拟器星光照度现场校准的方案,采用纠缠光子法结合极弱光光谱比较方法获得光子探测器绝对光谱量子效率,研究解决光子计数非线性问题及建立高计数率条件下的非线性修正模型,通过与现有标准的衔接及延伸,在光度、辐射度的超弱光量程实现光子计数模式的测量标准,突破现有国家标准的量程瓶颈,初步建立起具有标准光源、标准探测器组以及较为完整量值传递体系,有效解决了超微弱星光模拟器的量值溯源问题。
With the rapid development of ultra weak space starlight detection technology and starlight navigation technology,ultra weak starlight simulator used in space camera and star sensor test from the initial 5 stars development to the 13 stars.But the current stage of China only established 5 stars following the traceability chain,weaker star magnitude(more than 6 stars)simulator calibration device is still in the blank stage.This has brought great potential for the performance evaluation of the space detection camera/star sensor and the traceability of the value,the research of ultra weak starlight simulator calibration techniques are urgently needed.According to this,this paper proposes a set of ultra weak starlight simulator starlight illumination field calibration scheme by using entangled photon method combined with very weak light spectrum comparison method to obtain the photon detector absolute spectral quantum efficiency.Photon counting research to solve nonlinear problems and establish a high count rate under the condition of nonlinear correction model,through the connection with the existing standard and extension,in luminosity,measurement standard of photon counting mode by ultra weak light range of radiance,range to break through the bottleneck of the existing national standards and has established the standard light source,standard detector group and complete value transfer system,effectively solve the ultra weak starlight simulator traceability problem.
