摘要
本文介绍了一种基于单片机技术、射频无线传输技术设计的动车组应急升弓电源系统,从硬件电路设计、电路结构、软件设计等方面详细进行了阐述,该系统采用PZEM-003/017型直流通讯模块完成电压、电流等参数的测量,经过STM32F103C8T6单片机软件分析和计算,驱动液晶显示测量数据,单片机通过射频无线传模块将测量和计算数据传输至手持终端,手持终端通过射频无线传模块接收数据并存储、显示,通过手持终端实现了远程查看应急升弓电源系统的各项参数的功能,历史数据的记录为分析应急升弓过程提供了数据基础。
This paper introduces an emergency pantograph raising power supply system of motor train unit based on single chip microcomputer technology and radio frequency wireless transmission technology.It introduces the design of hardware circuit,circuit structure and software in detail.The system uses PZEM⁃003/017 DC communication module to measure the parameters of electric pressure and current.After the analysis and calculation of STM32F103C8T6 single chip microcomputer software,the driving fluid The single chip microcomputer transmits the measurement and calculation data to the hand⁃held terminal through the radio frequency wireless transmission module,the hand⁃held terminal receives the data through the radio frequency wireless transmission module,stores and displays the data,realizes the function of remote viewing the parameters of the emergency pantograph raising power supply system through the hand⁃held terminal,and the record of the historical data provides the data basis for the analysis of the emergency pantograph raising process.
