摘要
针对传统方法控制精准度低的问题,提出了基于线性预测的输电节点阻塞控制方法研究。依据线性预测原理,分析含阻塞线路输电网络,确定日负荷运行变量,并将其划分为高峰期、平均期和低谷期。在原始时间段内统一电价基础上,保持平均期内电价不变,确定各个时间段的分时电价。用户根据需求响应调整负荷,达到电价经济效益最大化。在保持总变量不变前提下,设计合理电价弹性系数,保证其在其他时间段内不会形成新的负荷高峰期。分析电力系统出力上下调量,计算系统需要控制的阻塞总费用,依据该公式,建立基于线性预测的输电节点阻塞控制流程。在负荷及发电资源结构支持下,进行仿真实验分析,由结果可知,该方法最高控制精准度可达到97%,适用于电力工程实际应用。
Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of traditional control methods,a study of transmission node congestion control method based on linear prediction is proposed.According to the principle of linear prediction,the daily load operation variables of the transmission network with blocking lines are determined and divided into peak period,average period and low period.Based on the unified price in the original time period,the time⁃sharing price in each time period is determined by keeping the average price unchanged.Users adjust the load according to the demand response to maximize the economic benefits of electricity price.Under the premise of keeping the total variable unchanged,a reasonable price elasticity coefficient is designed to ensure that it will not form a new peak load in other time periods.According to the formula,the congestion control flow of transmission nodes based on linear prediction is established.Under the support of load and generation resource structure,the simulation experiment is carried out.The results show that the highest control accuracy of this method can reach 97%,which is suitable for the practical application of power engineering.
