摘要
针对移相全桥变换器在轻载时难以实现软开关的问题,设计了一种辅助电路,提出了一种新型混合控制方式,使全桥电路能在全负载范围内实现ZVS。所提出的混合控制方式将传统的移相全桥控制方式(PSM)和非对称脉冲宽度调制(APWM)控制方式结合起来,在保证全负载范围内实现零电压开关的前提下,显著降低循环电流,提高工作效率。最后使用PSIM软件进行仿真,仿真结果验证了所提控制方式的可行性和优越性。
It is difficult to realize soft switching when the phase⁃shifted full⁃bridge converter is lightly loaded.An auxiliary circuit is designed,and a new hybrid control method is proposed to enable the full⁃bridge circuit to achieve ZVS in the full load range.The proposed hybrid control method combines the traditional Phase⁃Shifted Full⁃Bridge Control Method(PSM)and Asymmetric Pulse Width Modulation(APWM)control.Under the premise of ensuring zero voltage switching within the full load range.The circulating current is significantly reduced,and the working efficiency is improved.Finally,PSIM software was used for simulation.The simulation results verified the feasibility and superiority of the proposed control method.
