创新在经济发展方式转变中的作用分析——基于熊彼特《经济发展理论》的研究

Analysis of Roles Played by Innovation in the Changes of Economic Growth Modes—Based on Schumpeter s Theory of Economic Development

国内外形势正在发生深刻复杂变化,我国发展仍处于重要战略机遇期,随着我国经济总体平稳发展,转变经济发展方式的步伐大大加快,在急转变化的国际国内环境的压力下,立足增强自主创新能力,实现我国经济发展方式的快好转变,是我们应对全球化背景下后金融危机时代的冲击和发展环境变化、增强发展动力、把握发展主动权的根本之策。转变经济发展方式的关键是创新。我国转变经济发展方式的转变要重点抓好三个创新,即解放思想,实现思想的创新;重视知识,实现科技的创新;加大力度,实现体制的创新。

The world is now undergoing far-reaching and fundamental changes and China is entering a new phase with great opportunities.With the smooth development of its overall economy,China is accelerating its pace of economic growth.Under the pressure of drastic changes at home and abroad,it is essential to improve China s innovative abilities so as to shift its economic growth mode.All the efforts are aimed at tackling the impacts and development surroundings in the post-financial crisis in globalization context.More importantly,this gives further impetus to our economic growth,helps us to seize the imitative for development and to lead the new normal.At the core of changes in economic growth mode is innovation.The changes can be materialized by means of three kinds of innovations:emancipating the mind,stressing knowledge for innovations in science and technology,and innovating systems.
