基于关键指标法的三级公立医院行政科室中层干部绩效考核研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的在当前国家对三级公立医院实施绩效考核的背景下,研究建立三级公立医院行政科室中层干部绩效考核体系,推动医院实现“三个转变、三个提高”。方法运用问卷调查法对当前考核现状、存在问题进行分析,运用关键指标法(KPI)建立行政科室中层干部考核指标体系,运用层次分析法计算指标权重,提出存在问题相应解决对策。结果构建了三级公立医院行政科室中层干部绩效考核方案,提出了相应的保障措施,形成了一套完善的考核体系。结论通过行政科室中层干部绩效考核,进一步提高了管理效率,改进了工作质量,促进了医院更好更快发展。 Objective Under the background of the current national implementation of performance appraisal for the tertiary public hospitals,to study and establish the performance appraisal system for the middle-level cadres in the administrative departments of the tertiary public hospitals,so as to promote the realization of"three transformations and three improvements"in the hospitals.Methods The questionnaire survey method was used to analyze the current assessment status and existing problems,the key performance indicator method(KPI)was used to establish the assessment index system of middle-level cadres in administrative departments,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the index weight and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the existing problems.Results The performance appraisal scheme of middle-level cadres in administrative departments of tertiary public hospitals was constructed,and corresponding safeguard measures were put forward,forming a set of perfect appraisal system.Conclusion Through the performance evaluation of the middle-level cadres in the administrative departments,the management efficiency and work quality are further improved,and the better and faster development of the hospital is promoted.
