从个体领导力到组织领导力--战略领导力研究的新趋向 被引量:4

From Individual Leadership to Organizational Leadership--A New Trend in Strategic Leadership Research

摘要 在由全球化的迅猛发展所带来的更具竞争性的商业格局中,战略领导力成为企业组织谋求长期成功的关键所在,引起了实践和研究领域的广泛关注.然而,研究者并未就这一概念的内涵达成共识,这在一定程度上造成了相关研究的碎片化倾向.本文在回顾过去相关研究的基础上,尝试在个体和组织两个层次上对战略领导力进行概念界定:在个体层次上,战略领导力是面向未来的学习能力、变革能力和激励能力;在组织层次上,战略领导力是组织所具有的能对外部环境产生深远影响的非人格化要素的组合过程及其结果.基于上述概念界定,本文评述了战略领导力研究的分析单元,建立了战略领导力的研究框架,并对战略领导力的未来研究方向进行展望.相较于过去的相关研究,本文侧重于挖掘战略领导力在组织层次上的内涵,尤其关注战略领导力从个体层次向组织层次的演进过程,并认为深度的案例研究可能是未来战略领导力研究得以进一步蓬勃发展的关键通路. In a more competitive business environment caused by the rapid globalization,strategic leadership has become the key to organizations’ long-term success,thus receiving extensive attention from both practitioners and researchers.Nevertheless,up to now,researchers have failed to reach a consensus on the definition of strategic leadership,which has led to the fragmentation of related researches.Based on a comprehensive literature review,this paper attempts to define strategic leadership at the individual and organizational levels.At the individual level,strategic leadership refers to the future-oriented abilities for learning,changing and motivating,and at the organization level,strategic leadership is the assembly process and result of impersonal elements owned by an organization,which could exert a profound impact on the external environment.Based on these definitions,the paper reviews the unit of analysis of strategic leadership research,establishes a research framework,and proposes the possible directions in the future.Compared with previous researches,the paper focuses on exploring the definition of strategic leadership at the organizational level,with particular attention to the transformation process of strategic leadership from the individual level to the organizational level,and considers in-depth case studies as the key channel for the future development of strategic leadership research.
