突发公共卫生事件下的精准思政路径研究--基于武汉市11所高校大学生的调研

Study on the Precise Path of ldeological and Political Education in the Public Health Emergency--Based on the Survey of 11 Universities in Wuhan

作为影响人们意识形态领域的主要活动,思想政治教育在突发公共卫生事件中有其特殊的地位和作用.高校学生工作是思想政治教育的重要组成部分,承担着引领正确价值观、培育大学生爱国主义情怀和社会责任感、巩固意识形态教育阵地的重要使命.通过在武汉市的11所高校随机抽样,以网络问卷和电话访谈的方式对疫情防控期间大学生思想生活状况开展调查,分析了大学生面对疫情存在的现实困难和诉求.在大学生思想政治教育质量理论的指导下,遵循“精准思政”理念,提出高校学生工作要在对学生问题精准识别的基础上,依据全面性、主导性、针对性、持续性原则,从教育、服务、管理三方面精准供给和精准发力,实现思想政治教育主客体互动的精准对接,并建立高校学生工作在突发公共卫生事件中的响应路径方案.

As a major activity affecting people's ideology,it has its special status and role in the public health emergency.As an important part of ideological and political education,the college student affairs undertake the important mission of leading correct values,cultivating college students'patriotism and social responsibility,and strengthening ideological education.In this paper,questionnaire survey and telephone interviews were conducted to grasp the characteristics of college students'thinking and behavior by random sampling in 11 universities of Wuhan,and the actual difficulties and demands of college students facing the epidemic were analyzed.The college student affairs must be based on the accurate identification of student problems,work hard in three ways of education,service,and management,so as to achieve the precise interaction between the subject and object of ideological and political education and establish a set of response path to face the public health emergency.
