摘要
在大学生群体中开展劳动价值观教育过程中,辅导员扮演着劳动价值观认同的利益提供者、劳动价值观养成的氛围营造者、劳动价值观内化的行为示范者等重要角色。在日常教育、管理中,辅导员从课堂内外相结合、线上线下相一致、制度建设与落实相统一等路径加强大学生劳动价值观教育,以促进其全面发展。
In the course of labor education,advisors should not only help college students identify with correct labor values,but also create favorable environments for students to foster and internalize the labor values and lead by example.To strengthen students'labor education and promote their all-round development,college advisors,in day-to-day management,must combine their efforts inside and outside the classroom,match online work with offline work and stress institutional improvement and implementation.
