Study on Dyeing Process of Cattle Upholstery Leather to Reduce Water Pollution

本文主要对减少水污染的黄牛高档沙发革染色工艺进行了研究,它是基于从源头上减少染色污水,是与传统染色工艺有别的一种新型工艺,即染色在干整饰阶段,采用先进的设备和绿色环保的染色工艺进行喷染,从而达到传统染色的效果,减少染色污水排放。

In this paper,the dyeing process of cattle upholstery leather was studied,which is based on the reduction of dyeing wastewater from the source.It is a new process different from the traditional dyeing process.That is,dyeing in the dry finishing stage,using advanced equipment and green environmental protection dyes for spray dyeing,so as to achieve the effect of traditional dyeing and reduce the discharge of dyeing wastewater.
