^137Csγ射线和低温等离子体对耐辐射奇异球菌和大肠杆菌杀灭效果观察

摘要 目的观察^137Csγ射线和低温等离子体对耐辐射奇异球菌和大肠杆菌杀灭效果。方法采用细菌定量检测和生化分析方法,对^137Csγ射线和低温等离子体杀灭耐辐射奇异球菌和大肠杆菌的效果和作用机理进行观察。结果^137Csγ射线辐照对耐辐射奇异球菌杀灭效果较差,但对大肠杆菌杀灭效果较好;对耐辐射奇异球菌DNA损伤较轻,而对大肠杆菌DNA损伤较重。低温等离子体对两种细菌均具有较好的杀灭效果,对耐辐射奇异球菌DNA损伤程度也较大肠杆菌轻,低温等离子体对两种菌致死的因素主要来自膜损伤。结论低温等离子体对耐辐射奇异球菌杀灭效果优于^137Csγ射线,二者杀菌机理存在差异。 Objective To observe the inactivation effect of^137Csγ-ray and low-temperature plasma on D.radiodurans and E.coli.Methods Using bacterial quantitative detection and biochemical analysis methods,the effect and mechanism of action of^137Csγ-ray and low-temperature plasma in killing D.radiodurans and E.coli were observed.Results^137Csγ-ray irradiation had a poor killing effect on irradiation-resistant D.radiodurans,but a better killing effect on E.coli;DNA damage to irradiation-resistant D.radiodurans was smaller,while DNA damage to E.coli was severer.Low-temperature plasma had a good killing effect on both bacteria,and the degree of DNA damage to D.radiodurans was less than that to E.coli.The main cause of low-temperature plasma to kill the both bacteria was membrane damage.Conclusion Low-temperature plasma is better than^137Csγ-ray for killing irradiation-resistant bacteria,and there are differences in the sterilization mechanism between the two.
