新冠肺炎疫情前后某发热门诊定点医院医务人员手卫生依从性调查分析

Investigation and analysis of hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in a designated fever hospital before and after the COVID-19 epidemic

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间某发热门诊定点医院医务人员手卫生执行情况。方法采用统一的调查表调查某发热门诊定点医院医务人员手卫生执行情况,分析比较新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间(2019年12月1日-2020年5月31日)与非疫情期间(2019年6月1日-2019年11月30日)手卫生的执行情况。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,医务人员手卫生依从率从原来的70.67%提升至90.52%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);不同岗位医务人员及不同的手卫生时机的手卫生依从率均高于非疫情期间,其中抗疫储备志愿者的手卫生依从率也高于非抗疫储备志愿者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,医务人员的院感防控意识明显增强,手卫生依从率的提升效果明显,且抗击疫情储备志愿者手卫生依从率高于非抗疫储备志愿者。手卫生依从率的提高,有利于新型冠状病毒肺炎院感的防控。

Objective To understand the implementation of hand hygiene of medical staff in a designated hospital for fever during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods A uniform questionnaire was used to investigate the implementation of hand hygiene of medical staff in a designated hospital for fever,and the implementation of hand hygiene during the COVID-19 epidemic(December 1,2019-May 31,2020)and non-epidemic period(June 1,2019-November 30,2019)was analyzed and compared.Results During the COVID-19 epidemic,the compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical staff increased from 70.67%to 90.52%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the compliance rates of hand hygiene of medical staff in different positions and at different hand hygiene times were higher than that during non-epidemic period,and the compliance rate of hand hygiene of anti-epidemic reserve volunteers was also higher than that of non-anti-epidemic reserve volunteers,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,medical staff’s awareness of prevention and control of hospital infections has been improved significantly,the compliance rate of hand hygiene has been significantly improved,and the compliance rate of hand hygiene of anti-epidemic reserve volunteers is higher than that of non-anti-epidemic reserve volunteers.The improvement of hand hygiene compliance rate is conducive to the prevention and control of hospital infection of COVID-19.
