速生杨木高孔隙率结构调控及透明化应用 被引量:5

High Porosity Structure Control and Transparent Application of Fast-growing Poplar

摘要 采用ClO 2脱木质素法对杨木脱色,同时调控其结构,在保证杨木板材形态完整的情况下,探究了ClO 2处理时间对杨木结构和化学组分的影响,并对脱色杨木进行了聚甲基丙烯酸树脂(PMMA)浸渍改性。研究发现:杨木经ClO 2处理3 h后白度达到83.2%,且脱色均匀、板材形态保持完整,孔隙率由原木的11.8%提升至31.4%,有效地提升了杨木的孔隙通道。脱色杨木经过聚甲基丙烯酸树脂浸渍改性后,不仅拥有美丽的外观和良好的尺寸稳定性,而且其质量增加率、密度和强度分别由原木的32.1%、0.40 g/cm 3和32.8 MPa增加至80.5%、1.48 g/cm 3和87.4 MPa,均超过原木的2.5倍。 The method of ClO 2 delignification was used to decolorize and control the structure of fast-growing poplar.Under the condition of ensuring the intact shape of poplar board,the effects of treatment time on the structure and chemical components of fast-growing poplar were explored,and then the decolorized poplar was modified by polymethylacrylic resin(PMMA)impregnation.It was found that the brightness was 83.2%and decolorization was uniform after being treated with ClO 2 for 3 h,the shape of the poplar board remained intact,the porosity increased from 11.8%to 31.4%,which effectively improved the pore passage of poplar.After being impregnated with polymethylacrylic resin,the decolorized poplar had beautiful appearance and good dimensional stability,and its mass increase rate,density and strength increased from 32.1%,0.40 g/cm 3 and 32.8 MPa of log to 80.5%,1.48 g/cm 3 and 87.4 MPa,respectively,which were more than 2.5 times of those of log.
