传感器镜片注射模设计与制造

摘要 对传感器镜片结构特征进行塑件工艺分析,采用模流分析软件对产品充填、翘曲变形、冷却等因素进行预测性分析,确定了一模八腔的模具结构形式,侧重对型芯及型腔结构设计、复位机构设计及主要零部件设计与加工进行了分析。为保证各个型腔的产品尺寸一致性,设计定、动模芯专用抛光夹具来保证关键零部件尺寸一致性。该模具结构设计合理,动作可靠,塑件尺寸精度高,完全满足客户需求。 Based on the processing analysis of the plastic sensor lens and the predictive analysis of the factors such as product filling,warping deformation and cooling by the mold flow analysis software,the mould structure of one mould with eight cavities was determined.The structural design of core and cavity,reset mechanism design and the design and processing of main parts were analyzed.In order to ensure the consistency of the size of each cavity,the special polishing fixture for fixed and moving mould core was designed.The structural design of mould is reasonable,the action is reliable,and the mould dimension precision is high which completely meets the customer demand.
