摘要
为符合模具设计与冲压生产智能化发展与技术要求,介绍了基于智能制造定位卡圈冲压工艺分析、冲压模具设计过程和智能生产过程。针对产品结构特点,进行模具设计相关计算,设计了一副能在数控冲压设备配合工业机器人进行生产的拉深-冲孔落料-弯曲组合模具,并介绍了每套模具的结构组成和工作原理。经过RoboDK软件仿真,该组合模具能实现智能制造生产要求。
In order to meet the development and technical requirements of die design and intelligent stamping process,this paper introduced the stamping process analysis,and design process intelligent production process of the positioning ferrule based on intelligent manufacturing.The relevant calculation of die design was carried out in terms of the structural characteristics of the product.A composite die of drawing,punching,blanking and bending was designed which can be used with industrial robots in the NC stamping equipment.The structure and working principle of each set of die were introduced.Through the simulation of RoboDK software,the composite die can meet the requirements of intelligent manufacturing.
