摘要
水力振荡器通过自身振动降低钻柱与井壁间的摩阻,有效缓解滑动钻进托压问题,提高滑动钻进钻压传递效率。现场应用时,需要优选合适的阀盘尺寸,以满足设备和井下需求。水力振荡器阀盘尺寸的大小受井深、钻井液排量、钻井液性能、循环系统压耗、钻井泵额定工作压力等因素影响。提出了一种水力振荡器阀盘尺寸优选方法,并进行了实施例分析,为水力振荡器现场应用提供理论依据。
The hydraulic oscillator can reduce the friction between the drill string and the borehole wall through its own vibration,effectively alleviate the problem of pressure support in sliding drilling,and improve the transmission efficiency of WOB in sliding drilling.In the field application,it is necessary to optimize the appropriate valve disc size to meet the equipment and downhole requirements.The size of the valve disc of hydraulic oscillator is affected by well depth,drilling fluid displacement,drilling fluid performance,circulating system pressure consumption and rated working pressure of drilling pump.In this paper,a method to optimize the valve disc size of hydraulic oscillator is proposed,and an example is analyzed to provide reference for the field application of hydraulic oscillator.
